About Curt Sigfstead
Curt Sigfstead completed his bachelor’s degree at Brown University in 1989. Majoring in international relations, he was also a member of the varsity rugby and rowing teams. Curt Sigfstead subsequently pursued a master of business administration at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business, with an emphasis in finance. In 2009, he renewed his ties with Brown University as a member of the 20th Reunion Fundraising Committee. Mr. Sigfstead subsequently served on the 15th Reunion Fundraising Committee of his business school alma mater.
Now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Sigfstead maintains a strong commitment to his local community through involvement in nonprofit organizations. Since 2010, he has served on the board, as well as the finance and governance and development committees, of the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks. Curt Sigfstead is also a charter member of The C100, a nonprofit organization that supports Canadian technology entrepreneurs through investment and mentorship activities. The group’s charter members encompass venture capital investors, as well as senior executives at companies such as Oracle Corporation and eBay Inc.
